Refund & Return Policy – Alzaytunah

At Alzaytunah, we prioritize your satisfaction. We are pleased to help with return, exchange, or refund requests as outlined in the policy below.


1. Return and Exchange Period

You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and in new condition

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all original accessories, tags, and free gifts

  • Include the order confirmation and delivery receipt

  • Be in a condition suitable for resale

If these criteria are met, the product can be exchanged or refunded within the 14-day timeframe.


2. Return Methods

Products bought through our website can be returned or exchanged by:

  • Arranging pickup with our delivery partner, or

  • Returning directly, as coordinated with our support team

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product (including missing parts or visible damage), you can request:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

This request is subject to inspection and approval.


4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit Card Payments: The refund will be credited to the original credit card. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

  • Cash Payments: The refund will be issued in cash or through an agreed method.

Refund processing will commence after the returned product is received and inspected.


5. Shipping and Return Fees

  • A $60 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


6. Missing Invoice

If you misplace your invoice within the 14-day return period, you can request a copy by contacting our customer support team. A copy will be emailed to you after verification.


7. Important Notes

Alzaytunah reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions specified in this policy.
